Laternenfest

Dear German School Families and Friends,

We warmly invite you to join us for our annual Laternenfest on Saturday, 27 June, from 5:30 pm at the Kensington Gardens Tennis and Bowling Club.

The Laternenfest is one of the German School’s most treasured traditions, celebrating the story of St. Martin through community, lanterns, music, and shared experiences. It is a wonderful opportunity for families, students, teachers, and friends of the school to come together and enjoy an evening of German culture in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

There will be delicious German food, drinks, and sweet treats available throughout the evening, making it a perfect family event to brighten the winter season. Make sure to preorder with your admission tickets.

To help make the evening a success, we are seeking volunteers to assist with event set-up and pack-down/clean-up. Volunteering is a great way to support our school community and help create a memorable evening for everyone.

As a thank you, free volunteer tickets are available through Humanitix for those who sign up to help with set-up or clean-up. If you are able to lend a hand, please select the volunteer ticket option when booking or contact us if you have any questions.
