Goethe Fit in Deutsch A1 Exam 2025

We are delighted that the German School is offering the internationally recognised Goethe Fit in Deutsch A1 exam for the very first time.

To ensure your child is well-prepared, we have scheduled a series of preparation activities both in and outside the classroom. We strongly encourage all students to attend classes regularly in the lead-up to the exam.

The exam will be facilitated by Goethe examiners. While the exam itself takes about 60 minutes, the oral component is conducted in groups of 3–4 students, which may involve some waiting time. All students will be supervised by staff of the German school.

The exam fee is $199.00, payable directly to the Goethe-Institut via the registration link below. As the exam is scheduled on a Saturday, there are no additional costs for supervision, which will be provided by the German School

Register for the SAGTA Workshop 01.11.25: Please, choose the complementary option. The link momentarily only mentions Pembroke School as an exam school but SAGTA is rectifying this issue. The workshop is for all students sitting this exam either on the 7.11 at Pembroke or 8.11 at the GS.
