Fasching

It’s February again and that means it’s nearly time for:
KARNEVAL / FASCHING / FASNACHT!

Every German knows that’s the time of year to get dressed up, join the fun, and eat
lots of Berliner/Krapfen – or to quickly book a holiday and get out of the country!

We have decided to embrace Fasching at German School and will celebrate with
your children on Saturday 21 February. Children can come to school dressed up in
their favourite costume (if they wish). We will have Berliner and Brezeln for sale, too.

Lessons will finish at 11 am and the students are then invited to join the cultural
celebration. Parents are also welcome to join us from that time. The school day will
end at 11:45 am for all students (including Communicators and Sentence Builders).

We’re looking forward to some amazing costumes!
